1. Minimum order and delivery costs

Minimum order is € 15,-.

Domestic orders in Germany over € 75,00 are free of delivery costs!

Delivery costs:

• € 5,95 in France
• € 8,00 in Austria
• € 12,00 for:
  Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary
• € 25,00 for:
  Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Croatia, Malta, Norway, Russian Federation, Slovenia, Cyprus
• € 28,00 for:
  USA and Canada
• € 30,00 for:
  Australia and Japan

2. Payment

• Direct Payment via Paypal: If you have a paypal account you can just check out with the paypal button. For further information please visit: www.paypal.com
• Prepayment: Pre-delivery bank transfer. The pre-invoiced amount is transferred. This is sent after submitting the order and contains all further information for the transfer.
• We cannot accept checks. Order forms submitted with checks will be returned unprocessed.

3. Delivery

Delivery takes place as soon as all items are available and in stock. Items labelled “available for immediate delivery” are normally sent out within 24 hours. In case not all items are available, we will put the order on hold for up to four weeks until arrival of all items. After four weeks have expired all available items will be sent out. Items not available then will have to be re-ordered.

4. Transport damage

Please make sure you receive an undamaged package from the delivery service. If necessary, open the package with delivery service present. Never accept deliveries that have been damaged or obviously opened as this reflects acceptance of state of goods delivered. (When in doubt, make note of deliverer’s name).
